2027 COO Enterprise Complaints, Remediations & Loudspeaker Summer Internship - Early Careers

About the role

Ten-week summer 2027 internship within Wells Fargo’s Chief Operating Office, supporting Enterprise Complaints, Remediations & Loudspeaker. The program provides undergraduate students with practical assignments, business-control and risk-management exposure, coaching, workshops, feedback, and stakeholder learning. Successful interns may receive an offer to return for the full-time Analyst Program.

About the Team

• Enterprise Complaints, Remediations & Loudspeaker supports complaint management, remediation, redress, mediation, and the Wells Fargo Loudspeaker program.
• The team provides customer and employee insights, analysis, and oversight to support business and customer improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal programming and workshop initiatives.
• Review assignments involving policies, procedures, low-to-medium-risk tasks, and deliverables.
• Develop understanding of compliance and risk-management requirements for the supported area.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Program Details

• Summer 2027 program with a 40-hour work week; daily hours depend on business needs.
• Locations: West Des Moines, Iowa, or Chandler, Arizona.
• The internship may lead to a return offer for the following year’s full-time Analyst Program.
• Travel of 5% or more may be required.
