• Participate in a capstone project solving real business challenges.
• Build professional network through cohort and leadership engagement.

Requirements

• 6+ months of work experience or equivalent.
• Pursuing bachelor's degree, graduating Dec 2027 - Jun 2028.
• Majors: Business, Economics, Data Science, Finance, and related fields.
• Critical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools and analytics software (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL).

Program Details

• Location: Charlotte, NC.
• Duration: 10 weeks, 40 hours per week.
• Pay: $40.87 per hour.
