Internship Focus Areas

• Wholesale Operations: supports corporate client financial transactions and risk management.
• Shared Services Operations: core operational functions and transformation initiatives.
• Consumer Banking and Lending Operations: servicing personal loans, mortgages, credit cards, and contact centers.
• Payments Operations: manages payment processes including wires, ACH, and international payments.
• Fraud and Claims Management: fraud prevention, investigation, and claims services.
• Global Operations Strategy and Execution: supports integrated operations model and risk oversight.

Responsibilities

• Participate in early talent programs and workshops.
• Review assignments related to low-to-medium risk tasks.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues.
• Engage in process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
• Use Microsoft products for communication and data analysis.
• Develop partnerships and key competencies through training.

Requirements

• 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through education or training.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in relevant fields with graduation between Dec 2027 and June 2028.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data analytics tools like SQL, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and interest in responsible use.
• Ability to travel 5% or more.
