• Receive supervisor guidance and exercise judgment within defined parameters.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.

Desired Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree, graduating Dec 2027–Jun 2028, any major.
• Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to execute with urgency and support reporting and project coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Business acumen and service orientation for HR solutions.

Program Details

• Location: Charlotte, NC.

• Pay: $33.66 per hour.
• High-performing interns may receive full-time offers post-graduation.
