About the role

Internship Responsibilities
- Participate in sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and executing transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and analyze financial statements.
- Leverage market and company research to support business development.
- Assist with compliance and risk management tasks.
- Support deliverables and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build skills aligned with post-internship career goals.
Sales Placement
- Support sales teams in managing financial operations solutions.
- Learn end-to-end sales process including portfolio management.
- Develop proposals and collaborate with internal partners.
- Gain client-facing experience and business development skills.
Product Placement
- Manage payment and liquidity products including P&L and growth strategy.
- Design new products and address risk and regulatory needs.
- Partner with sales to drive product growth and profitability.
- Support product delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through education or training.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, graduating Dec 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest or experience in finance, accounting, and sales.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage projects, support product delivery, and apply risk controls.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranges from $36.06 to $43.27 depending on location.
