Wells Fargo's 2027 Finance Summer Internship offers a 10-week program providing undergraduate students with finance experience, professional development, and exposure to various finance disciplines across multiple business lines.

- 10-week internship from June to August 2027, locations include Charlotte, Irving, and Minneapolis.
- Provides a high-level understanding of Wells Fargo's operations, business strategies, and culture.
- Includes relationship building, work assignments, coaching, feedback, group projects, and learning sessions.
- Participants placed in finance groups based on location, degree, interest, and business needs.
- Supports career preparation with a blend of business and professional development training.

Responsibilities
- Support various finance disciplines aligned with Wells Fargo's financial management activities.
- Engage in formal training through onboarding and orientation.
- Receive coaching and networking opportunities for professional growth.
- Participate in finance-related responsibilities across business lines.
- Contribute to financial planning, analysis, accounting, treasury, and tax management.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

Qualifications
- 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with graduation between Dec 2027 and June 2028.
- Preferred majors: Finance, Accounting, Business Data & Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, or Business Administration.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, or other analytics tools.
