Wells Fargo's 2027 Commercial Banking Summer Internship is a 10-week program offering undergraduates hands-on experience in commercial banking, professional development, and networking across multiple U.S. locations.

Program Overview
- 10-week structured internship from June to August 2027 (dates TBD).
- Gain exposure to commercial banking operations, strategies, and culture.
- Participate in onboarding, training, and networking during Induction Week.
- Work on real business tasks with experienced teams.
- Receive coaching and professional support throughout the internship.

Responsibilities
- Engage in formal internship activities, workshops, and initiatives.
- Complete assignments related to policies and procedures for low-to-medium complexity tasks.
- Conduct research and financial analysis to assess client needs.
- Support relationship managers, product specialists, and credit underwriters.
- Exercise independent judgment under manager direction.

Requirements
- 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Involvement in extracurricular activities such as volunteerism or leadership roles.
- Energetic self-starter with curiosity and interest in learning.
- Knowledge or interest in finance, accounting, and sales.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and responsible usage.
