Program Overview

Responsibilities
- Participate in internship activities, workshops, and initiatives.
- Complete assignments related to policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and financial analysis to assess client needs.
- Support business efforts with relationship managers and credit underwriters.
- Receive guidance from managers and develop compliance knowledge.
- Prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Requirements
- 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through education or training.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, graduating Dec 2027 - June 2028.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and adapt to change.
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Involvement in extracurricular activities like volunteerism or leadership.
- Energetic self-starter with curiosity and interest in learning.
- Knowledge or interest in finance, accounting, and sales.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and responsible usage.
Program Details

- Pay: $43.27 per hour (range $37.50 - $51.92).
