Program Overview

• 10-week summer internship in Wealth & Investment Management starting summer 2027.
• Opportunities in investment management, financial analytics, project management, and consulting.
• Work in home office or middle/back office environments.
• Multiple business areas including Banking, Lending & Trust, Investment Solutions, and Client Relationship Group.
• Interns may receive offers to join full-time development programs.
• Small relocation stipend provided for summer location moves.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a high-performing team gaining on-the-job experience.
• Interact with leaders and team members across the organization.
• Provide customer service to clients and internal employees.
• Understand workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Lead or participate in moderate-sized projects or support activities.
• Learn new systems, applications, and techniques continuously.

Support and Development

• Assigned mentor for guidance and feedback throughout the internship.
• Program manager and cohort support for intern experience.
• Virtual speaker series with Wells Fargo leaders sharing career insights.
• Networking activities with interns and full-time analysts.
• Build professional relationships and expand your network.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through education or training.
• Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Additional Information

• Ability to travel 5% or more during the internship.
• Subject to FINRA background screening and ongoing regulatory compliance.
