Responsibilities
- Work as part of a high-performing team gaining on-the-job experience.
- Interact with leaders and team members across the organization.
- Provide customer service to clients and internal employees.
- Understand workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Lead or participate in moderate-sized projects or support activities.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through education or training.
- Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, teamwork, and adaptability.
