Role Responsibilities

• Participate in internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives.
• Attend classroom training, self-study, networking, and events.
• Review basic issues, policies, or procedures with quick answers.
• Receive supervisor direction and exercise judgment within defined parameters.
• Provide information to managers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in quantitative fields with graduation between Mar-Aug 2027.
• Proficient in programming and statistical software like Python, R, SAS, SQL, Spark, Java, C/C#/C++.
• Good spoken and written English for technical communication.
• Strong logical, analytical skills and systematic problem-solving approach.
