About the role

Wells Fargo offers a 2027 Quantitative Analytics Program Internship in Bengaluru for students graduating between March and August 2028. Interns will engage in low-complexity projects, training, and networking to develop analytical and programming skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives.
• Attend classroom training, self-study, workshops, and networking events.
• Review basic issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks.
• Receive direction and exercise judgment within defined parameters.
• Provide information to managers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, Quant Finance, OR related quantitative field.
• Expected graduation between March 2028 and August 2028.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, SAS, SQL, Spark, Java, C/C#/C++, or Big Data platforms.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong logical, analytical, and systematic problem-solving skills.
