2027 COO Global Operations Summer Internship - Early Careers

About the role

A 2027 summer internship with Wells Fargo’s Global Operations team within the Chief Operating Office, based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, India. Interns support low-complexity initiatives, review operational assignments, collaborate on issue resolution, and develop understanding of compliance, risk management, process delivery, and operational excellence under managerial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal internship programming and workshops supporting low-complexity initiatives.
• Review assignments involving policies, procedures, and low-to-medium-risk tasks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Support process delivery, day-to-day operations, process improvements, and operational excellence.

Risk And Compliance

• Develop understanding of compliance and risk-management requirements for the supported business area.
• Apply sound judgment, identify operational risks, and support controlled, compliant operations.
• Escalate issues appropriately while following applicable policies, procedures, and risk-program requirements.
