About the role

Wells Fargo seeks an Intern Analyst in Hyderabad or Bengaluru for its 2027 Wealth & Investment Management Summer Internship. The role supports strategic initiatives and operational execution across banking, lending, trust services, investment solutions, and data management, with exposure to process improvement, analytics, risk management, and program execution.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives and operational execution across multiple Wealth & Investment Management business lines.
• Analyse business processes, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with low-complexity initiatives, project execution, and operational excellence activities.
• Review assignments involving low-to-medium risk tasks, policies, procedures, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, managers, and cross-functional partners to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Develop understanding of compliance and risk management requirements while exercising independent judgment with manager guidance.
