Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with traders and developers to gather UI requirements.
- Design and implement real-time trading, visualization, analysis, and reporting tools.
- Improve scalability, performance, and efficiency of trading systems.
- Work on frontend and backend projects using various programming languages.
- Support handling massive data flows in Virtu's trading systems.
Requirements
- Rising juniors or students available for full-time employment Dec 2027 - June 2028.
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with TypeScript, Java, C++, Python is a plus.
- Comfortable with diverse projects and programming languages.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
