Join Virtu's Women's Winternship in New York for an immersive week learning global trading, market-making, and trading tools. Collaborate on team projects, network with senior traders, and gain early access to the 2028 Summer Internship.
Program Details
- Dates: January 11 to January 15 in New York office
- Accommodations include meals, domestic transport, and hotel
- Daily team trading puzzles culminating in a capstone project
- Training on market-making fundamentals and trading tools
- Networking with senior traders and leadership
- Social events: NYSE tour, Broadway shows, dinners
Responsibilities
- Work on individual and team trading projects
- Engage in immersive exercises using expert trading tools
- Participate in team-based trading puzzles and presentations
Requirements
- Excellent academic background; all subjects welcome
- Preferred fields: Engineering, CS, Data Science, Statistics, Math
- Strong quantitative problem-solving and math skills
- Intermediate/advanced programming, Python preferred
- Interest in financial services career
- Motivated, curious, collaborative team player
