- Female students in second or third year, graduating 2028 or 2029
- Strong academic background; preference for CS, Statistics, Mathematics
- Outstanding quantitative problem-solving and mathematical skills
- Intermediate to advanced programming experience, Python preferred
- Motivated team player with curiosity and collaboration skills
