About the role
An 18-month UBS Graduate Talent Program role within Group Internal Consulting, focused on AI, agentic AI and machine learning. You will support projects delivering solutions to business challenges, gain experience across UBS through rotational assignments, and receive professional, technical, financial-markets and consulting training while building your network.
Responsibilities
- Support projects within Solutions focused on artificial intelligence, agentic AI and machine learning.
- Help implement, document and communicate innovative solutions addressing clients’ business challenges.

- Group Internal Consulting is UBS’s internal consulting unit within the Group Chief Operating Office.
- The team partners with UBS divisions and functions to drive transformation and change across the firm.
- Consultants work across a diverse project portfolio, leveraging institutional knowledge and supporting strategic goals.

Program
