About the role

The 18-month Global Markets Graduate Talent Program in London offers exposure to buying and selling financial instruments, market analysis, client communication and trade execution. Participants receive professional and technical training, learn core global-markets skills, develop networks, and may complete rotations while supporting institutional clients.

Responsibilities

  • Buy and sell financial instruments for clients.
  • Extract market-moving data from varied sources to inform Global Markets decisions.
  • Provide clients with recent market trends and offer trades at the best prices.

Team

  • Work in the Global Markets business, advising clients and supporting securities transactions from start to finish.
  • Serve hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices.
  • Support coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.

Program

  • Complete professional and technical training introducing the firm and global-markets knowledge.
  • Develop skills and build a professional network by learning from colleagues.
  • Participate in one or more rotations to gain broader experience.

Requirements

  • Graduate between September 2025 and September 2027, completing all degree requirements before the program starts.
  • Have no more than two years of full-time work experience.
  • Hold or be on track for at least a 2.1 undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative values, with strategic thinking and strong communication skills.
  • Be motivated by high demands and tight deadlines, with an interest in financial services.
  • Evidence experimental and responsible use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency; all majors are welcome.
