About the role

Role Responsibilities
- Investigate complex challenges and uncover emerging risks across UBS.
- Assess risks using data, technology, and critical thinking.
- Evaluate effectiveness of controls and challenge assumptions.
- Support firm’s strategic goals by preventing errors and protecting clients.
- Learn from experienced colleagues and gain broad exposure to the bank.
Team Overview
- Part of Group Internal Audit with a complete view across UBS.
- Reports independently to the Board of Directors.
- Includes specialists in business, risk, data analytics, and AI.
- Focuses on identifying emerging risks and driving change across the firm.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduating between 2025 and September 2027 with at least a 2.1 degree or equivalent.
- Clear communication skills for summarizing findings and asking questions.
- Adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Integrity, curiosity, commitment, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in financial industry risks and controls management.
- Experience in audit, risk, compliance, or data analysis is advantageous.
