2027 12-month Industrial Placement - Communication & Marketing- London

About the role

A 12-month London industrial placement in Corporate Communications or Marketing. You’ll create content, support employee and media communications, coordinate events, promote research, and contribute to marketing campaigns while working with international colleagues across UBS and developing practical industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and edit content for internal websites, newsletters, blogs, social media, and announcements.
• Advise colleagues on effective channels for communicating messages to employees.
• Coordinate employee events, volunteering activities, charitable grants, and related communications materials.
• Manage journalist requests, support spokespeople, and promote UBS research and market views to target media.
• Arrange media interviews and events with key spokespeople.
• Support marketing campaigns and materials that strengthen brand, reputation, and audience engagement.

Team

• Work within a Corporate Communications or Marketing team at UBS.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.
• Help ensure information is delivered clearly and consistently while supporting the firm’s reputation.

Program

• The industrial placement lasts 12 months and forms part of your studies.
• Learn about the industry, clients, and firm through day-to-day work with experts and colleagues.
• Develop new skills and build professional contacts while participating in business operations.
