About the role
A week-long London insight program for university students graduating in 2029, offering exposure to banking, markets, research, technology, wealth management and finance. Participants will learn from industry experts, network with employees and leaders, develop assessment skills, complete interactive case studies and may be considered for UBS’s 2028 summer internship program.
Program Experience
- Learn about multiple business areas and understand UBS’s working culture.
- Hear market insights, recruitment guidance and career advice from experienced professionals.
- Take part in interactive sessions, networking, presentations and case studies.
- Meet recent graduates, alumni, senior leaders and recruitment representatives.
Business Exposure
- Explore Global Banking, Global Markets, Research, Technology, Wealth Management and Finance.
- Gain insight into potential careers within UBS and the wider financial services industry.
- Strong participants may be considered for the 2028 summer internship program.
Requirements
- Currently studying at university and graduating in 2029.
- Pursuing a first undergraduate degree and on track for a 2:1 or equivalent.
- Any academic subject is accepted, and previous experience is not required.
- Evidence of analytical decision-making, planning, communication, initiative and teamwork is valued.
- Ability to persist with tasks and generate ideas is valued.
