About the role
Ten-week paid internship in UBS’s London Global Lending Unit, part of Global Banking. Interns support bespoke financing and corporate equity derivatives transactions from origination through maintenance, prepare pitches and industry analysis, and gain exposure to structured lending and strategic equity solutions while working with corporate, financial institution and sponsor clients.
Responsibilities
- Support transactions throughout their lifecycle, from origination and execution through ongoing maintenance.
- Develop pitch books explaining offerings, client options, and recommended strategies.
- Prepare industry analyses for client pitches.
- Support innovative live deals transforming the corporate landscape.
Team Exposure
- Work within the Global Lending Unit in London, covering Investment Bank and Wealth Management clients.
- Gain exposure to structured lending and strategic equity solutions, including stake builds, disposals, hedging, and equity-backed financing.
- Support solutions for corporate, financial institution, and sponsor clients.
Program Experience
- Work alongside experts while learning about the financial industry, clients, and the firm.
- Participate in day-to-day operations and receive support from assigned mentors.
- Meet senior team members and develop professional skills and contacts.
- Successful interns may receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
