About the role
Join the 2027 Summer Internship in Debt Capital Markets at a global bank in London. Gain hands-on experience in DCM transactions, market analysis, and client presentations over 10 weeks.
Role Responsibilities
- Support origination, structuring, and execution of DCM transactions.
- Monitor market developments and identify financing opportunities.
- Conduct company, sector, and market analysis for client recommendations.
- Prepare pitchbooks, presentations, and market updates using Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg.
- Collaborate with Origination, Syndicate, Sales, Trading, Research, and Coverage teams on live deals.
Team Overview
- Work within the Unified Global Banking team in London.
- Provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.
- Serve corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate or final year undergraduate student.
- On track for 2.1 UK degree or equivalent.
- Understand responsible AI use to improve outcomes.
- Hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative values.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
