Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.

Team Overview

- Provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.
- Serve corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be completing an Industrial Placement as part of studies, graduating in 2029.
- On track for a 2.1 UK degree or equivalent in undergraduate studies.
- Demonstrate understanding of responsible AI use to improve outcomes.
- Exhibit values of hard work, trustworthiness, dedication, and collaboration.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills required.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
