Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.
- Prepare industry analyses for client pitches.
- Participate in financial modeling and valuation exercises.
- Conduct market and company analyses and create marketing materials.
- Get involved in the execution of live deals.

Team Overview
- Work within the Global Banking team in London.
- Provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.
- Serve corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduating between September 2024 and September 2026.
- Achieve at least a 2.1 UK degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative values.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.

- Fluent communication skills in Hebrew, Nordics, or German required.
