Role Responsibilities
- Work with Private Equity sponsors on LBOs, refinancing, and sponsor-led transactions.
- Support deal origination and execution from pitch to closing.
- Build financial models and perform credit analysis.
- Prepare deal and marketing materials.
- Conduct market and company analyses.

Team Overview
- Work within the Global Banking team in London.
- Provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.
- Serve corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduating between September 2024 and September 2026.
- At least a 2.1 UK degree or equivalent in first undergraduate degree.
- Hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative values.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
