Role Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects shaping employee experience including career development and wellbeing.
- Support communications and initiatives to promote people priorities.
- Understand how strategic HR partners with business to drive culture and performance.

- Work alongside HR colleagues in London covering recruitment to retirement.
- Support employee performance and fair reward.

Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate or final year bachelor or master’s student.
- On track for at least a 2.1 UK degree or equivalent.
- Hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative values.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
- Experience or interest in responsible AI use to improve outcomes.
