Internship in Depositary Supervision (6 months)

About the role

Six-month internship with UBS Europe SE in Luxembourg’s Depositary Supervision Team. The role supports fund cash-flow monitoring, subscription documentation, reporting, reconciliations, and administrative processes. You will contribute to regulatory controls covering safekeeping, cash-flow monitoring, and custody oversight under UCITS V and AIFMD.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flows for funds.
• Support subscription agreements for fund-of-funds structures.
• Assist with reporting and reconciliations across internal records, third parties, and fund administrators.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Depositary Supervision Team.

Team

• Join UBS Europe SE’s Depositary Supervision Team in Luxembourg.
• Support controls related to safekeeping, cash-flow monitoring, and custody oversight.
• Work in a collaborative team environment.

Eligibility and Skills

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or be completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Economics.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and sound analytical focus.
• Have good interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
• Be fluent in English and have very good Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Be curious about using AI to improve workflows, while validating outputs and following policies, risk standards, and ethical-use principles.
• Provide a university internship agreement covering the full duration, maintain active student status, and be authorised to work in Luxembourg.
