Join UBS’s 18-month Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Edinburgh. Collaborate on strategic projects, improve client experience, learn wealth management, and build professional networks through training, mentoring, leadership events, and rotations. The program supports careers serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects improving client experience and driving engagement.
- Build knowledge of the wealth management industry, firm culture, strategy, and operations.
- Develop professional networks through mentors, business contacts, and educational events led by senior leaders.
Team
- Work within Global Wealth Management in Edinburgh, serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Support advice-based solutions and products designed to manage, preserve, and grow clients’ wealth.
Program
- Complete an 18-month graduate program combining professional, technical, and core wealth management training.
- Participate in one or more rotations to develop skills, broaden experience, and build networks.
- Learn from colleagues and receive exposure to the firm, its business, and senior leadership.
