Role Responsibilities

• Work as part of a GIC engagement team delivering large-scale change.
• Support multiple clients and diverse problem statements.
• Structure complex challenges and develop actionable solutions.

• Build consulting, stakeholder management, and change delivery skills.
• Gain confidence working in ambiguous, high-impact environments.

Team Overview

• Work within UBS's in-house consultancy, Group Internal Consulting (GIC).
• Partner with divisions and functions to deliver critical change.
• Combine consulting expertise and proven methodologies.
• Help UBS achieve strategic objectives and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Operate where strategy meets execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 with GPA 3.0+.
• Completed degree and graduation requirements by program start.
• Experience in project-based environments.
• Values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.

• Demonstrate how responsible AI use improves outcomes and efficiency.
