About the role
The 2027 Summer Internship places students in UBS’s Raleigh Group Technology Office, where they may support technology engineering, data engineering, technology support, or systems analysis. Interns design and improve digital services, examine data quality, receive mentoring, and gain finance-industry experience during a paid, 10-week program.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees.
- Provide transparency across data quality, data flows, and current issues to maintain high application standards.
Team and Placements
- Join the Group Technology Office in Raleigh, responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting technology solutions.
- Potential placements include Technology Engineer Intern, Data Engineer Intern, Technology Support Analyst Intern, or System Analyst Intern.
Program Details
- Complete a paid, 10-week internship involving industry, client, firm, and day-to-day business exposure.
- Receive mentoring, learn from colleagues, meet senior team members, develop skills, and build professional contacts.
- Successful interns may receive an offer to return for the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
Eligibility
- Applicants must graduate between December 2027 and June 2028 and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.2.
- All majors are welcome, but applicants should demonstrate an interest in the financial industry.
- The position does not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship or support for OPT or CPT documentation.
