Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions in finance technology.
- Enable multi-tenant services including cluster management and data governance.
- Ensure transparency in data quality, flows, and issue resolution.
- Maintain high standards for applications and data lineage.
Team and Placement
- Work in the Group Technology Office in Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Support and develop world-class technology solutions globally.
- Potential placements: Technology Engineer, Data Engineer, Technology Support Analyst, System Analyst.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduating between Dec 2026 and June 2027 with GPA 3.0+.
- Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, C#, or C++.
- Preferably from computer science, engineering, or STEM background.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaborative values.
- Interest in finance and responsible AI use to improve outcomes.
- Must have completed degree before program start date.
