About the role
The 2027 Group Data Management Office Graduate Talent Program offers a 24-month opportunity in NY/NJ to develop data management expertise. You will work with business and Technology stakeholders, analyze complex datasets, improve data governance practices, and participate in training and potential rotations across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Learn data governance, metadata management, data quality, and data taxonomy concepts.
- Document and optimize how business divisions govern critical data under the firm’s data management framework.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and observations.
- Understand business requirements and partner with subject-matter experts and product owners on solutions.
- Build relationships with business and Technology stakeholders across the firm.
Team
- Join the Group Data Management Office, located in NY/NJ.
- Help embed a data management culture by advocating strategy and challenging how the firm works with data.
Program
- The Graduate Talent Program lasts 24 months.
- Receive professional and technical training, including core Group Technology Office skills and knowledge.
- Develop skills through colleague support, networking opportunities, and potential rotations.
Eligibility and Conditions
- Graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Complete all degree and graduation requirements by the program start date.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is required.
- Employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT assistance are not provided.
