About the role
A 10-week paid internship in Nashville supporting Wealth Management Operations. Interns will assist with transaction processing, reconciliation, account maintenance, process improvement, and AI initiatives while collaborating with Client Services, Compliance, and Technology teams. The program includes initial training, mentoring, projects, speaker sessions, and potential post-graduation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with transaction processing, data reconciliation, and account maintenance supporting wealth management activities.
- Support process improvement and AI initiatives that enhance Operations efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
Team
- Work within Global Wealth Management Operations in Nashville, Tennessee.
- The business serves high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families through financial advisors.
Program
- Complete a thorough first-week training course covering professional development and technical job skills.
- Work within the assigned team during the remaining nine weeks on projects and speaker series.
- Receive mentoring and opportunities to build contacts with senior team members.
- Successful interns may receive an offer to return after completing their studies.
