Role Responsibilities
- Learn data management concepts like governance, metadata, quality, and taxonomies.
- Document and optimize data governance across business divisions.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and insights.
- Understand business needs and advise solutions with SMEs and product owners.
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Team Overview
- Work within the Group Data Management Office in NY/NJ.
- Support embedding a data management culture firm-wide.
- Advocate for data strategy and challenge existing data practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
- Hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative values.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to simplify abstract concepts.
- Experience or interest in responsible AI use to improve outcomes.
