About the role
A 10-week paid summer internship in UBS’s New York Chief Operating Office. Interns support business management, risk, regulatory, systems, and transformation projects while developing analytical, strategic, communication, and operational skills through mentoring and exposure to senior professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support business management projects involving planning, organization, control, and divisional strategy development.
- Monitor known risks and help identify and define emerging or unknown risks.
- Enhance risk-related systems and infrastructure while supporting regulatory and compliance alignment.
- Use AI tools within risk management platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Support change management, integration activities, and broader business transformation initiatives.
Team
- The Regional President’s Chief Operating Office manages business integration, risk, regulatory matters, and divisional business management projects.
Program
- Work alongside experts and participate in day-to-day operations at a global financial institution.
- Receive mentoring, develop new skills, build contacts, and interact with senior team members.
- Successful interns may receive an offer to join the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
