About the role
Join UBS's 2027 Human Resources Summer Internship in NY/NJ for a 10-week paid program. Gain experience in recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and more, while building a global network and developing key HR skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Rotate through generalist and specialist HR roles including recruitment, reward, talent development, and employee relations.
- Participate in projects across the business with access to a global network of contacts.
- Support employee experience from recruitment to retirement.
- Work alongside HR colleagues in NY/NJ to maintain an inclusive culture.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
- Values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate responsible AI use to improve outcomes and efficiency.
