About the role
Join the 2027 Human Resources Graduate Talent Program at UBS, an 18-month rotational program in New York/New Jersey. Develop HR skills across recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and more within a global financial institution.
Role and Responsibilities
- Rotate through generalist and specialist HR roles including recruitment, reward, talent development, and employee relations.
- Contribute to impactful projects collaborating with global colleagues and program participants.
- Develop understanding of global financial institution operations and various business functions.
Team Environment
- Work alongside HR colleagues in New York supporting employee experience from recruitment to retirement.
- Support employee performance, fair rewards, and maintain an inclusive culture.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate between December 2026 and June 2027 with all degree requirements completed by program start.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
- Interest in financial industry and responsible use of AI to improve outcomes.
