  • Operate primarily via phone to understand client needs and provide guidance.
  • Leadership supports career advancement and internal mobility.
  • Commit to a minimum of three years in the Wealth Advice Center before internal transfers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred background in business, finance, or financial planning.
  • Completion of SIE exam at least 30 days before start; Series 7 and 66 exams expected within 150 days.
  • Series 66 or combination of Series 63 and 65 exams recommended before starting.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and alignment with company values.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
