Role and Responsibilities
- Develop skills in customer service, financial markets, planning, investment strategies, and wealth management.
- Build and deepen client relationships with exceptional service and advice.
- Acquire Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA licenses and CFP certification.
- Support back and front office operations to understand firm processes.
- Manage client calls, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure positive outcomes.

Client Interaction and Development
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify client opportunities.
- Use UBS digital planning tools for financial advice and portfolio management.
- Participate in workshops with live client interactions and ongoing training.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve client inquiries and requests.
- Build holistic client experiences through deeper conversations.

Team and Work Environment
- Work in UBS Wealth Advice Center serving Emerging Affluent clients nationwide.
- Join a team of 400+ professionals focused on phone-based client service.
- Commit to a minimum of three years in the Wealth Advice Center before internal transfers.
- Receive leadership support for career advancement and internal mobility.
- Operate in a scalable, relationship-based service model.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred background in business, finance, or financial planning.
- Completion of SIE exam at least 30 days before start; pass Series 7 and Series 66 within 150 days.
- Series 66 recommended before starting; Series 63 and 65 can substitute for Series 66.
