About the role
Join UBS's 2027 Summer Internship in Group Internal Audit to explore risk assessment, controls evaluation, and gain a comprehensive view of a global bank's operations. Develop critical thinking and data analysis skills in a 10-week paid program.
Role and Responsibilities
- Investigate complex challenges and uncover emerging risks across UBS.
- Assess risks and evaluate control effectiveness using data and technology.
- Challenge assumptions to prevent errors and support strategic goals.
- Learn from experienced colleagues and gain exposure to all bank areas.
Team and Environment
- Work within Group Internal Audit with a complete view across UBS.
- Collaborate with specialists in business, risk, data analytics, and AI.
- Report independently to the Board and drive change across the firm.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate between December 2027 and June 2028 with GPA 3.2+.
- Clear communication skills for summarizing findings and asking questions.
- Adaptable, organized, with integrity and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in financial industry; all majors welcome.
- Ability to demonstrate responsible AI use to improve outcomes.
