About the role
Six-month paid internship in UBS’s Digital Assets Strategy & Reporting team in Zürich. The role supports strategic coordination, portfolio tracking, management reporting, dashboards, market research and competitive analysis across digital assets. Interns work with senior stakeholders, use AI and data analytics, receive mentoring, and may be considered for the Graduate Talent Program.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic projects across Personal & Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Bank, Asset Management and Group Functions.
- Track key initiatives, milestones, risks and dependencies across the Digital Assets portfolio.
- Use AI and data analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency and support decision-making.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and strategic updates for the Digital Assets leadership team.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on digital assets, blockchain, tokenization and industry trends.
Team
- Join the Zürich-based Digital Assets Strategy & Reporting team supporting strategic planning, portfolio oversight, governance and executive communications.
- Work across business divisions, technology teams and control functions as a central coordination point.
