About the role
Six-month paid internship in UBS Wealth Management Switzerland’s Chief of Staff team, supporting client advisors, coordinating projects, and developing project-management and business-development skills. Starting February 2027 in Zurich, the program offers mentorship, exposure to senior colleagues, and insight into advising wealthy private, corporate, and institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Build understanding of the wealth management industry, UBS culture, and business strategy.
- Support client advisors with daily activities, aiming to increase client satisfaction.
- Coordinate projects with stakeholders while developing project-management and business-development knowledge.
Team
- Join the Chief of Staff team within Wealth Management Switzerland.
- Support a business advising wealthy and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, executives, entrepreneurs, lawyers, fiduciaries, and notaries.
- Work with colleagues serving private, corporate, and institutional clients in Switzerland.
Program
- Complete a six-month paid internship starting in February 2027.
- Work alongside experts and participate in day-to-day business operations.
- Receive mentoring and opportunities to meet senior team members.
- Potentially receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing studies.
