About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month Graduate Talent Program in Group Internal Consulting in Zurich. Work on strategic transformation initiatives across Personal & Corporate and Global Wealth Management, analyzing business challenges, developing recommendations, and turning complex data into executive-ready insights while building consulting, banking, and stakeholder skills.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic transformation initiatives across Personal & Corporate and Global Wealth Management.
- Analyze business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and help deliver tangible stakeholder outcomes.
- Apply structured problem-solving to develop actionable recommendations and innovative solutions.
- Transform complex information and data into clear insights, compelling presentations, and executive-ready recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to strategic business and integration projects across UBS.
Team
- Join Group Internal Consulting Client Coverage Switzerland, based in Zurich.
- Work with stakeholders across Personal & Corporate and Global Wealth Management.
- Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaborate across UBS’s global internal consulting network.
- Support UBS’s transformation agenda within the Change Management unit.
Program
- Complete an 18-month Graduate Talent Program designed to develop career skills.
- Receive professional and technical training, plus core skills and knowledge in banking.
- Learn from colleagues while developing new skills and building your professional network.
- Participate in one or several rotations during the program.
