About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month Graduate Talent Program in Group Internal Consulting Client Coverage Switzerland. You’ll support strategic transformation across Asset Management and Investment Banking, analyze business challenges, develop recommendations, communicate insights to senior stakeholders, and collaborate across teams. The program includes professional and technical training, banking fundamentals, networking, and potential rotations.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic transformation initiatives across Asset Management and Investment Banking.
- Analyze business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and help deliver tangible outcomes.
- Develop actionable recommendations and innovative solutions using structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Turn complex data and information into clear insights, presentations, and executive-ready recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project execution and stakeholder engagement.
Team
- Join Group Internal Consulting Client Coverage Switzerland within UBS’s transformation agenda.
- Work with Asset Management and Investment Bank stakeholders on strategic challenges and change initiatives.
- Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaborate with consultants across UBS’s global internal consulting network.
