About the role
Join UBS's 2026 Off-cycle Internship in Governmental Affairs in Zurich. Gain experience in political and regulatory analysis, advocacy content development, and public affairs strategy in a global financial services firm.
Role Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze political and regulatory developments impacting UBS and stakeholders.
- Develop data- and AI-enabled advocacy content and dashboards.
- Collaborate on position papers, briefings, and presentations.
- Assist in public affairs and advocacy strategy execution.
- Organize events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Provide project and administrative support for advocacy activities.
Team and Environment
- Work within the Governmental Affairs team based in Zurich.
- Engage with global colleagues covering regulatory policy and political processes.
- Contribute to UBS's advocacy efforts worldwide.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent in German and English; French or Italian is a plus.
- Interest in financial industry, emerging technologies, and data science.
- Experience in public policy or financial market regulation is a plus.
Program Details
