Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze political and regulatory developments impacting UBS and stakeholders.
  • Develop data- and AI-enabled advocacy content and dashboards.
  • Collaborate on position papers, briefings, and presentations.
  • Assist in public affairs and advocacy strategy execution.
  • Organize events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.

Team and Environment

  • Work within the Governmental Affairs team based in Zurich.
  • Engage with global colleagues covering regulatory policy and political processes.
  • Contribute to UBS's advocacy efforts worldwide.

Candidate Requirements

  • Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
  • Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in German and English; French or Italian is a plus.
  • Interest in financial industry, emerging technologies, and data science.
