About the role
Join UBS's 2026 Off-cycle Internship in Group Internal Consulting, focusing on predictive and behavioral analytics. Develop business acumen, consulting skills, and technical expertise in machine learning and Python coding over a 6-month paid program in Zurich.
Role Responsibilities
- Propose and implement business improvement ideas across transformation projects.
- Present insights by simplifying complex data into clear recommendations.
- Understand and apply ML algorithms like XGBoost and Neural Networks.
- Write Python code using libraries such as Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and risks effectively.
- Develop consulting skills to advise internal clients across UBS.
Team Environment
- Work within Group Internal Consulting in Zurich, part of a global team of 750+.
- Support firm-wide transformation and change initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with all divisions and functions.
- Engage in a diverse portfolio of projects across the firm.
- Leverage institutional knowledge for fast onboarding.
- Contribute to high-quality service delivery.
