About the role
Six-month paid internship in Zurich supporting Global Wealth Management’s large-scale transformation program. The role combines business and product analysis, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, program governance, planning, risk management, and readiness assessments. It offers mentoring, senior exposure, and potential consideration for the Graduate Talent Program after successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to business analysis, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and program governance activities.
- Support program planning, business and product analyses, management presentations, and decision-making insights.
- Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to manage program outcomes and timelines.
- Assist with planning, risk management, milestone development, and readiness assessments for key activities.
Team and Development
- Join Global Wealth Management’s Zurich team supporting strategic programs and organizational transformation.
- Work across business, technology, and change management with diverse stakeholders and senior colleagues.
- Learn about the financial industry, clients, firm operations, culture, and strategy.
- Receive mentoring, build professional networks, and gain exposure to senior team members.
