About the role
This six-month paid internship in UBS’s Zurich software localization team begins 1 February 2027. You will create and translate German and English UX content for UBS Digital Banking, improve multilingual terminology and accessibility, collaborate with international technology specialists, and explore responsible AI tools. The program offers mentoring, industry exposure and potential graduate-program opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, engaging German and English UX content for complex financial topics.
- Translate English content into natural, authentic German while preserving nuance and creativity.
- Maintain consistent voice, tone and terminology across digital banking products.
- Develop inclusive content, including meaningful alternative text, to support accessibility.
- Collaborate with UX writers, localization professionals, designers, engineers and business stakeholders.
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation and workflows.
Team
- Join UBS’s software localization team in Zurich, supporting multilingual user experiences across UBS Digital Banking.
- Work with language experts to make products and services accessible, intuitive and engaging across markets.
Program
- Start date: 1 February 2027; internship length: six months.

- Build skills and professional contacts, including opportunities to meet senior team members.
- Successful interns may receive an opportunity to return through the Graduate Talent Program after completing studies.
