About the role
The 18-month 2027 Graduate Talent Program in Zurich offers recent bachelor’s or master’s graduates a software engineering role within UBS Group Technology Office. You will design and deliver digital solutions, support production controls, and learn through training, rotations, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in financial services.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages.
- Develop and implement technology solutions addressing business problems in financial services.
- Strengthen the firm’s digital capabilities through effective technology delivery.
- Implement operational controls and procedures when moving solutions from testing into production.
Team and Development
- Join a multidisciplinary team designing digital journeys for existing and prospective clients.
- Work with business analysts, product managers, engineers, designers, and other specialists.
- Contribute to real delivery outcomes while learning how digital products are shaped and delivered.
- Build knowledge through sessions, innovation topics, professional communities, team events, and rotations.
